Coping
with Loss
Grief doesn't move in a straight line, and it rarely wraps up on the timeline other people (or you) expect. Loss can mean death, but it can also mean the end of a relationship, a version of your life you thought you'd have, or a piece of your identity, and it often reactivates earlier losses that were never fully processed. All of it deserves real space, including the parts that feel contradictory: sadness alongside relief, anger alongside love.
This work isn't about getting you "over" your grief on any particular schedule. It's about making room for it, understanding what the loss meant to you specifically, and finding a way to carry it that lets you stay connected to what you've lost while still being able to live fully.
