Creativity, Artists,
& Creative Professionals
For people with a rich inner world, creativity is rarely just a skill. It's a way of processing experience, and there's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from making things for a living, or for your soul, and still not feeling free inside your own process. Artists and creative professionals carry pressures other work doesn't: the fear that your inner life will dry up, the vulnerability of putting deeply personal work into the world, the tension between commercial demands and what feels true. In our work together, we look underneath the block or the burnout, or the overwhelm of trying to hold everything you're feeling all at once, to understand what your creativity has always meant to you, and what it's trying to protect or express.
This isn't about trying to "fix" the artist. It's about honoring the complexity of the creative psyche, including the self-doubt and the fear of exposure, without pathologizing the intensity or sensitivity that often comes with a rich inner world. The goal isn't to sand down what makes that inner world rich. It's to help you build a more sustainable relationship with your own imagination, so that creating can feel less like a performance and more like a place you actually want to live.
