Existential
Anxiety

At some point, most people run into the bigger questions: what does any of this mean, what happens when it ends, how do I make choices when nothing is guaranteed. That kind of anxiety isn't a sign that something's wrong with you, or a symptom to be eliminated. It's often a sign that you're paying real attention to being alive, and it tends to intensify during major transitions, losses, or moments when old sources of meaning no longer feel sufficient.

This is not about trying to hand you easy answers, because there usually aren't any. Instead we'll sit with these questions as legitimate ones worth sitting with, exploring what meaning, purpose, and connection actually look like for you, so the weight of existing feels less isolating to carry. So you can build a more grounded relationship with life’s inherent uncertainties.
