Neurodiversity
If you've spent years wondering why things that seem easy for other people take so much effort for you, or why you've had to work overtime just to seem "normal," this space is for slowing that down. Neurodivergent individuals often move through the world having learned, consciously or not, to mask, over-adapt, or measure themselves against neurotypical expectations, a process that can leave its own emotional residue over time. We approach neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, and other ways brains work) not as something to fix, but as a real and valid way of experiencing the world that deserves to be understood on its own terms.
A lot of the exhaustion neurodivergent people carry comes from masking, from years of adapting to systems that weren't built with them in mind, including any shame that's accumulated along the way. This work makes space for the full complexity of your experience, sensory, cognitive, emotional, and relational, with curiosity rather than correction. Together we can look at what's underneath the mask, grieve what it cost you, and find a more integrated, self-accepting relationship with your own mind, one that actually fits how you think instead of fighting it.
