Relationship
Dynamics
The people closest to us tend to leave the deepest imprint, for better and worse. Family is often the first place we learn about love, conflict, boundaries, and our own worth, and those early roles, whether you were the responsible one, the peacemaker, or the one who had to grow up fast, tend to follow us long after we've left the house they were formed in. The same is true for the people we choose later: romantic partners, close friends, even the shift into parenthood, all of which can reactivate older patterns without us quite realizing it.
This work looks at your relationships across the board with real curiosity rather than blame, whether that's a complicated family system, a romantic pattern that keeps repeating, a friendship that's grown distant or difficult, or the identity upheaval that comes with becoming a parent yourself. The goal isn't to find who's right, but to understand what's actually being activated for you in these relationships, so you can build connection based on who you are now, not just the roles or patterns you inherited.
