Social
Anxiety
Social anxiety can make even ordinary interactions feel like a performance you might fail. Underneath it is often a persistent fear of judgment or rejection that can feel disproportionate to the actual stakes involved, usually rooted in earlier experiences of criticism, exclusion, or being made to feel fundamentally flawed in front of others. Over time this can lead to avoidance patterns that, while protective in the short term, tend to deepen isolation and reinforce the underlying fear.
We'll work at a pace that respects how vulnerable this can feel, exploring where that fear of being seen first took shape and what social situations represent to you unconsciously and underneath the surface. Over time, the goal is for you to be able to show up as yourself, imperfect and human, without feeling like you have to be perfect to be accepted.
