Work-Related Stress & Career Challenges

Work has a way of becoming tangled up with identity, worth, and survival, all at once. Career stress rarely stays contained to the workplace. It often intersects with family expectations and long-standing patterns around achievement, competition, or fear of failure. Maybe you're burned out but can't slow down, stuck in a job that no longer fits who you're becoming, or caught in the anxious loop of never feeling like your output is enough. Often what looks like a work problem actually connects to older beliefs about what you have to produce or prove in order to matter, and unresolved questions about what success actually means to you versus what you were taught it should mean.

We'll look at your relationship to work itself: where those pressures came from, how imposter feelings or difficulty setting limits show up in your body and your decisions, and what it might look like to build a career (and a life) that isn't organized entirely around achievement.
